ELNAZ MAYEH, LMFT
Elnaz Mayeh who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and then earned a master’s degree from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Elnaz’s areas of interest and expertise include addiction, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, working with the LGBTQ+ community, and family and marital counseling. Elnaz primarily applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and supportive therapy depending on the unique needs of each client.
